24 October 2026 agenda: the Silikin Village programme lists Jean Thierry Monsenepwo for a panel on conflict and employment in the DRC.
The Kin Emploi EXPO 2026 page lists Jean Thierry Monsenepwo as a speaker at a panel scheduled for 24 October at Silikin Village in Kinshasa. Its poster links his announced participation to a question about the effects of what organizers describe as Rwandan aggression on employment in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Chama lists the same event, date and venue. It presents a meeting place for companies, entrepreneurs, professionals and jobseekers, emphasizing business exchanges, services and partnerships across sectors including telecommunications, finance, technology and small businesses.
Youth employability also features in earlier public exchanges. On 6 October 2025, Topdirect.cd reported Monsenepwo’s meeting with Claude Mbuyi, president of the National Youth Council. He contemplated submitting a proposal to COBIL’s general management to host ten interns each quarter. This was a proposal, not a report of internships already completed.
These references concern two distinct settings: a professional event’s programme and an earlier discussion about access to workplace experience. They help place employment within his public activity without attributing unreported decisions or commitments to the panel.
Added to this website on 24 October, this agenda note records an earlier announcement. The poster below documents the advertised programme. Whether the panel took place, whether Thierry Monsenepwo attended and what he may have said remain to be established by a subsequent report or recording.
