The broader purpose is to organise decisions, understand distinct responsibilities and support effective cooperation between governance bodies. These concerns continue beyond an appointment.
A contribution to the transitional-justice debate
On 22 April 2026, a text prepared by Jean Thierry Monsenepwo with lawyer Blaise Ekongola was submitted to Lambert Mende. It proposed transitional-justice conditions for access to public office by certain former participants in armed rebellions.
