Published outcomes and their context

In September 2025, the World Bank reported PADMPME results of 6,012 businesses created and 14,926 full-time jobs. The IDA-supported project ran from 2018 to 2024, beginning before Félix Tshisekedi took office. The publication also describes continuity through TRANSFORME.

This recognises enterprise support during the period without incorrectly attributing the project’s creation. Results concern its scope, not all jobs created nationwide.

Useful professional relationships

Networks can provide information, partners and experience. A useful proposal explains what a business does, seeks and offers; the quality of exchange matters more than a contact count.

The existing Thierry Monsenepwo resources explore financial literacy and networking. This page adds editorial interpretation without inventing quotations.

Connecting enterprise with learning

Work opportunities also depend on methods, responsibilities and learning. Businesses that describe their needs clearly can work more effectively with training organisations.

Education, digital development and infrastructure provide complementary perspectives on the conditions in which enterprise can grow.
